I am thankful to have Claudia as part of our story is an understatement! I truly feel that I’ve found a gem in her services and love every single thing part of the service. She worked with me in incorporating the Mexican folkloric style to my wedding with both the cakesickles and my wedding cake. We have since then incorporated her in every single event we have had: from our Winnie the Pooh gender reveal cake, which was both adorable and delicious, to our baby shower cake which was also Mexican folklorico style but with a girly twist to it! I have loved her artistic skills but also love how she doesn’t sacrifice cake and has a wide variety of flavors that she uses! (I.e adding cajeta flavor to our cake!) I hope to keep using her services and have loved recommending her to friends and family who have also used her services and the results have been stunning! We always joke that I have continued to use her services even after we moved to Houston and I can’t wait to see what else Claudia does and will support her even from Houston!

Our caterer recommended we try Little Sweet Cakes, and I’m so glad we did! Claudia was able to make exactly the flavors we requested – coconut cake with pineapple filling, white cake with strawberry filling, and a lemon cake with lemon filling. She had everything set up for us at a private tasting. Her and her husband were very professional and answered all our questions – and asked questions too to make sure she understood the vision we wanted. The cakes all tasted AMAZING! They weren’t too sweet and were very moist. I was excited when she said she made extra for us to take home. (We ate all of it, too!) Out of all the samples we tried, hers were the only ones we actually finished. She was very prompt in returning emails and made the process stress free. The cake turned out beautifully and was delivered on time to our venue. She totally nailed it from the flavors to the design requested. We even froze the leftover cake and had some after our honeymoon – still just as good! If you’re searching for the perfect wedding cake, we would highly recommend Claudia and Little Sweet Cakes.
